Called to Order at 7:10 PM by Chairperson Pat Richards
12 members
and guests were present. Introductions were made of the people
present.
Minutes: Secretary
Michael Spencer not present.
Treasurers Report: Doug Soroka reported $430 & $579 for
net of $979.34 in checking and mutual fund.
Newsletter: No Report.
Membership: Membership Chair Vince Kappler
reported we currently have 54 members, with 15 not paid for 2006.
Correspondence: Dean Snyder
reported receiving various newsletters.
Old Business
IRS 990:
Doug Soroka reported updating the IRS 990 forms for 5013C status.
Membership:
Online membership application was discussed.
Family membership was discussed.
Next year, a red paper will be on the front page of winter newsletters for
unpaid members.
Wildland Conservancy:
Pat is working on where to donate money for wildland conservancy.
New Business
Convention:
Consignment for Convention - Needs a chairman.
MAR Meeting: The MAR
Business meeting was discussed.
Lost River Cleanup: The next Lost River Caverns cleanup is April 8 at
5:30 PM. Vince, Doug, Lynn & George will be there.
Ebay:
Speleothem cave sales were discussed.

Frank showed a lizard in amber.
Leigh Cave: Vince
discussed permit system for Leigh Cave.
